I strongly oppose this regulation.. I feel it is unnecessary for use to re-take the law test.. our laws do not change that often and to have our profession take the test every 3 years is uncalled for.. What other medical field has them doing that. So what happens if I don't pass I can't practice. No you are taking away my job I love to do and am very passionate about. This is from some one who already has test anxiety. Now add some more stress to that not knowing if I am going to pass and not have a job.. Let's get real and serious here. Just don't do it.
