A dentist, who has already the license in Virginia, should not have the burden of an extra task. For a newcomer in Virginia an examination could be considered. Possible updates or topics the Board of Dentistry intends to share - an email distribution (maybe with confirmed receival) could be the solution. But I oppose an examination every 3 years in combination with the license. Thank you for considering my opinion.
