There is already enough regualtion and demand on those providing care to the citizns of Virginia. I feel this will be a burden that an overwhelming majority of licensees are shouldering due to act of a minority who do not obey the regulations. I feel the problem of compliance with regulations would be better solved by requiring initial licensees to pass a jurisprudence exam and then providing communication about various regulations on a timely basis.
