I like the idea of an initial jurisprudence exam before conferring a new dentist their license to practice in the state of Virginia, but I do not believe a new exam is necessary every so often. The regulations change on a daily basis and we all receive emails and updated information, or we should... that's the most important part: to reach out to all dentists wiht updates, like this one, so we can all be informed.
