I believe the Board should support the endorsing of the ADA code of ethics to give guidance to the dentist to protect the public. As Board members it is your sworn duty to protect the public. Without theses guidelines in place the continual unethical behavior such as fee splitting will continue.  Please take a stance to stop this NOW not later!
