I believe that the Board of Dentistry should endorse the code of ethics.  In this day and time, there are many unethical issues facing the public. By adopting this code, the dentist will stop fee splitting and other questionable behavior. I believe the Board lacks the authority to stop this effort now. By endorsing this code into regulation, the Board will have the ablitity to give guidance to the dentists and hygienist. It also can adopt its own regulation but in the meantime what is the public to do now?
