I oppose the adoption of the ADA Code of Ethics and Conduct.  I believe the state of Virginia should be regulated in this way by the state of Virginia.  Having an outside agency do so seems  unnecessary and would potentially incur additional costs, likely passed on to practicing dentists. Virginia seems to do a fine job without this addition.  Please deny this request.
