Extend pend should be eliminated.  All other programs have a standard time frame for the clients to comply of 30 days.  It creates more errors and paperwork to have the EW extend the FS only, then when the TANF and MC are denied, but FS is approved, then the client will typically come right back in and re-apply for TANF and MC, causing more work to align Recertification dates for all three programs, causing errors when there should not even be an issue.  And not just that, personal responsibility is supposed to be an important message of our  department
