All healthcare facilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia should be held to the same high standards when caring for women. If hospitals and other clinics must conform to certain federal, state and local standards in order to provide care, these standards should apply equally to abortion facilities.  To allow any relaxation of such standards for equipment, hygene or licensure is an invitation to the further exploitation of women.
