The current regulations are serving the industry well at this time.  We see no need for changes or amendments to the rules and regulations as they presently exist.  The regulations, we believe, are serving their intended purpose and accomplishing thier intended goal.  The industry aprreciates the Commission and the staff and the job that they consistently perform.
