Limit the Menhaden harvest

For the past 5 years I have spent time at the beach each summer and I noticed the normal huge schools of Menhaden has dwindle down from 6 or 7 huge groups (over 100 feet in diameter) to just one that about 20 feet in diameter. This is dangerously obvious that they  are being over fished. We have to give these fish enough time to reproduce and carry on feeding other fish and nature. Not only the fish and birds dependent on them will die but the other fishermen will not have any fish for their catch. And the company netting all the Menhaden will be out of business also. It is common sense to limit harvest so the species can reproduce and carry on.
