By allowing the wanton profiteering of the resources in Virgina and surrounding waters you are denying the entire people of Virginia the Benefits of the resource.   In other areas like New jersey,  As the netting stopped , the tax revenues went up,  Development along the shore boomed and struggling towns and boroughs benefitted from a world class fishery!  

To deny the people of Virginia this benefit is dereliction of duty on the part of the managers and politicians that allow it.  or worse.

Do what you were sworn to do!
