I strongly support the petition. I have watched the concentrated assault on the Chesapeake by the industrial reduction fishing operations escalate until our Osprey, stripers and other fish and wildlife disappear. Regulators have turned a blind eye to the damage due to the relentless removal of menhaden, a keystone species vital to the health of the bay.

It’s gone too far and the time has come. We must allow the bay to heal and recover from this unmitigated environmental disaster.
