I have been fishing the Chesapeake Bay for 40 years and have witnessed the decline over the decades.  It was common to catch large striped bass and bluefish recreationally.  However, that is not the case today.  It is no surprise that when you remove the bottom of the food chain, the top of the food chain suffers.  Please pass any legislation that will prevent irresponsible commercial fisheries from depleting the Chesapeake Bay waterways.  Also, please expose those legislators that are swayed by lobbyist so that we can vote accordingly.
