My concern is that the commercial fishing of Menhaden in the bay has had a very negative effect on the Chesapeake Bay.  Refer to the NJ area where this type of fishing was stopped and witness the increase in fish in the area once the commercial fishing for Menhaden was stopped. Save the bay and let the fish return to the bay.
