I live off the Rappahannock River and regularly fish the Chesapeake Bay,Summer and Winter. Each year we notice less bait and less fish. This reduction fishery cannot continue in the Bay and have any fishery.We are the only coastal state that allows them to fish an estuary or within 1 mile or more from their shores.Please act in a responsible manner for the citizens of VA. Do the right thing.
