It is evident that the health of the Chesapeake Bay and the fisheries in the Bay are not improving as they should be after all these years of effort.  The wildlife that relies on and supports the Bay needs our help.  The greatest single travesty we keep committing is the reduction fishery of the menhaden.  The time has come to move this industry out of our Bay.
