I ask that you not change the rules that would alow governmental agencies to descriminate against faith based child placent orginizatons.  Faith based agencies have the right under state and federal laws to make decissions on suitable environments for children which are consistent wtih their values and beliefs.  These decissions include the proven standard that children fare best in a natural family which has a mother and a father.  This belief is also consistent wth the placement desire of many birth parents and these individuals have the right to work with agencies that share their beliefs and values.  Forcing agnecies and parents to go against their values and faith tennents would be viloation of their rights.
