change the current policy, please

The policy for counting the income of the illegal aliens needs to be changed!  It truly is discrimination against all US citizens or Permanent Resident Aliens(with 40 quarters worked or 5+ years as a PR).  They always end up with more benefits than people that are citizens.  Citizens would be told they were over income and sent on their way, the family with illegal aliens in the family would be invited in, given an EBT card and told that these benefits are just for the legal citizens in the home—if you think about it a baby that is 1 day old is legal and the illegal mother can apply for benefits(has happened) the mother could possibly receive $200 of food stamps monthly, they obviously purchase and prepare together, they also receive WIC--what is that baby eating at $200 monthly?  Obviously the illegals are getting the benefit not just the legal children--so YES all of their income should be counted!  Another thing to look at, is why is it that an illegal alien is an illegal alien first and then all other policy is thrown out?  Why is it when you have an ineligible student that as an American citizen would not be counted in the SFU or AU, but when an illegal alien is an ineligible student, the student part is thrown out and all they are known as is illegal aliens and they get the privilege of staying in the SFU.  Illegal status over rides the ineligible student status and one more time they receive more benefits.  Their needs are counted!  Our other clients do understand that they are receiving less and will state they are not speaking the right language or have a certain skin tone to receive more of the benefit or just receive benefits period. If they are illegal they get more.   I also agree with the TANF statement, illegals do not have to participate in VIEW once again giving them more benefits for a longer amount of time!  It is discrimination!
