I agree with what appears the majority of all other comments. This is unfair to US citizens!. The houshold unit including an undocumented alien benefits from exclusion of income. May be we should exclude part of a US citizens'  income also?!!!  Policy makers need to reevaluate how to count income of undocumented aliens.
