Homosexual Orientation/Family Status Regulation Must Be Changed

All social science indicates that children do best in a family united in conjugal marriage with a mother and a father.  It is not fair to children to prevent them from experiencing this type of legally committed family.

Our nation was founded on following "the laws of Nature and Nature's God."  It is clear that conjugal marriage between one man and one woman provides the strongest biological, psychological, and spiritual complementarity.  This uniques qualifies married parents for the rearing of stable children.  Any other arrangement is unfair to children.

Furthermore, it discriminates against the religious liberty against a large percentage of adoption agencies, including first and foremost Catholic Charities.  Massachusetts and the District of Columbia have shut down the operation of Catholic Charities.  It is wrong to prevent these agencies from operating according to their religious principles and is a violation of religious liberty.

Please remove these offensive changes in the regulation.
