Since more than 180 days have passed since the end of the NOIRA stage, a Time Frame Waiver must be granted by the Governor's office.

Agency Reason: The presentation of the proposed amendments to these regulations was originally planned for the Board of Health’s April 12th meeting. However, the presentation was postponed due to the length of the BOH meeting agenda, and the expected length of the meeting, given that the final regulations for licensure of abortion facilities were considered at the April 12th meeting. The proposed amendments were presented and approved by the Board of Health at its June 6, 2013 meeting.
