The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will release the Final 2016 305(b)/303(d) Water Quality Assessment Integrated Report on April 2, 2018.
The Integrated Report combines both the 305(b) Water Quality Assessment and the 303(d) Report on Impaired Waters. The draft report was available for public comment August 7, 2017 through September 6, 2017. Comments were received from the public and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). EPA approved the final report on March 6, 2018.
The final report, public comment-response document, and map images will be available for download on the website: http://www.deq.virginia.gov/Programs/Water/WaterQualityInformationTMDLs/WaterQualityAssessments/2016305b303dIntegratedReport.aspx. Copies are available at no charge on CD-ROM (limit one per person) by contacting Cleo Baker by telephone at (804) 698-4191, or via e-mail email@example.com. These CD-ROMs include the entire final report, all of its appendices, and summary maps developed from the 2016 assessment.
