| Purpose of the meeting The Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents Formulary Committee will meet to develop amendments to the Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Regulations Regulations (ยง18 VAC 105-30-10 et seq) relating to the TPA formulary, in keeping with the requirements of HB 856 (Chapter 744 of the Acts of the Assembly for the 2004 Session). Public comment will be received at the beginning of the meeting. | |
