| Purpose of the meeting The Charitable Gaming Board (Board) will meet to discuss general matters affecting charitable gaming, including the Charitable Gaming Regulations, 11 VAC 20-20. This will be an all-virtual meeting. The method by which the Board chooses to meet shall not be changed unless the Board provides a new meeting notice in accordance with the provisions of Va. Code ยง 2.2-3707. For technical assistance during the meeting, contact Joel Maddux at 804-786-0240 or joel.maddux@vdacs.virginia.gov. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
