Purpose of the meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the general business of the Board. See attached agenda for details. This meeting will also be conducted using electronic communications in accordance with Section 2.2- 3708.2(D) of the Code of Virginia, with the primary location being at the address listed above. Public access will not be provided at remote locations; however, members of the public may witness the meeting live at the YouTube link. In the event there is an interruption in the broadcast of the meeting, please call 804-382-4886. Should you wish to offer comment regarding how meetings using electronic communications technology compare to traditional meetings when the VPRA is physically present, you may complete the FOIA Council's Electronic Meetings Public Comment form and submit it to the FOIA Council as described on the form.
