Purpose of the meeting
A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Virginia Housing Development Authority (Virginia Housing) will be held at 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, on the first floor of the Virginia Housing Headquarters Building located at 601 S. Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia, 23220. Meeting, Time & Location: Executive Committee- 8:45 a.m. HQ Board Room Finance Committee-9:20 a.m. HQ Board Room Board Meeting- 9:45 a.m. HQ Richmond Rooms 1 & 2 The meeting will be in person, and the format will not be changed unless Virginia Housing provides a new notice that complies with Virginia Code ยง 2.2-3707. The Committees and the Board may also meet during meal before and after the meetings on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Public comments will be received at the beginning of the meeting of the Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, following a brief presentation from Staff on the 2025 LIHTC Reservation Rankings and before Board approval of such rankings.
