| Purpose of the meeting The Board of Housing and Community Development (BHCD) received a request during the General Assembly Session to convene a special workgroup (DHCD Study Group) during the 2024 Code Development Cycle to identify changes to the Uniform Statewide Building Code (USBC) to streamline the processes for reviewing and issuing building permits and certificates of occupancy. This is not a meeting of the Board of Housing and Community Development. | |||
