Purpose of the meeting To receive public comments on the proposed general review of the Hearing Aid Specialists and Opticians Regulations. This is not a regular meeting of the Board. Staff will be receiving comments on the proposed amendments to the regulation. The meeting is open to the public. Persons desiring to participate in the meeting who require special accommodations or interpretive services should contact the Department 804-367-0362 at least 10 days prior to this meeting so that suitable arrangements can be made for an appropriate accommodation. The Department fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
