| Purpose of the meeting Assessment Conference (VAC 25-130-845.12 VCSMRR) will be conducted via teleconference. The conferences is to review the civil penalty assessment for the following: Black River Coal P#1402094 c#JAK0003572 9:00 a.m.; v# JAK0003065 9:30 a.m.; v#JAK0003450 10:00 a.m.; c#JAK0003483 10:30 a.m. Justice Low Seam Mining P#1102079 v#JAK0003556 11:00 a.m.; v#JAK0003555 11:30 a.m. Virginia Fuel Corp P#1602071, v#JRJ0004666 12:00 p.m. Comments received during the Informal Hearing, along with written comments, will be considered during the review of the captioned orders. The conferences will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will proceed through. There is an allotted time of 30 minutes between each hearing which may or may require shorter or longer time, therefore; the following scheduled hearing may begin before or after the specified time. | |
