| Purpose of the meeting This is the 4th meeting of the reconvened regulatory advisory panel on amendments to the water quality standards. The RAP is considering triennial review amendments deferred to a separate rulemaking (see State Water Control Board action taken at January 14, 2016 meeting); specifically new EPA recommendations for recreation waters criteria (bacteria), freshwater aquatic life criteria for ammonia, fresh- and saltwater cadmium criteria, and amendments to the 94 human health criteria. | |||
