The hearing is to review the issuance of Notice of Violation LJJ0001229, and Cessation Order LJJ0001787 on VA Coal LLC Permit No. 1102080. Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. The Informal Hearing Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
