| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting for the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the VPA permit modification application from Nutri-Blend, Inc. such as: site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit, the standard content of permits, and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit. The permit modification application is add acres to an issued permit for the land application of biosolids in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. The application is for the addition of 2203.2 acres to a permit that authorizes the land application of biosolids to agricultural and silvicultural land at a controlled rate protective of water quality and human health. | |
