| Purpose of the meeting Notice is hereby given that the Division of Mined Land Reclamation will hold a review and reconsideration hearing pursuant to §§45.1-240, 45.1-250(B), and 2.2-4020 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, and §4VAC25-130-775.11(b) of the Virginia Coal surface Mining Reclamation Regulations to review the denial of permit application number 1003841 for A & G Coal Corporation. The proposed site is located 0.8 miles West of Andover on Ison Rock Ridge. The hearing shall be conducted on February 27, 2015 at 9:00AM at the Department’s Big Stone Gap office, Conference room 219. The office is located at 3405 Mountain Empire Road in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. | |
