| Purpose of the meeting In accordance with Section 4 VAC 25-130-773.13 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy, Division of Mined Land Reclamation, will hold an informal conference to receive comments regarding the proposed permit application for Norton Coal Company, application No 1009041. The proposed permit area is located 3.40 MILES N OF RICHLANDS ON TOWN HILL CREEK in Tazewell County. Any person having an interest, which is or may be adversely affected by the decision on the application, may present oral or written comments during this conference person. | |
