| Purpose of the meeting In compliance with the requirements set forth in Section 4 VAC 25-130-843.15 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Division of Mined Land Reclamation will hold an assessment conference to review the penalty assessment of Cessation Order LJJ0000569, 1 violation to A & G Coal Corporation, Permit No. 1101975. The permit is located 5.3 miles NE of Appalachia on Canepatch Creek. The conference will take place at the DMME Office at 3405 Mountain Empire Road Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Please be advised that the assessment conference will be open to the public. The Conference Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. | |
