| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting to discuss technical issues related to and receive public input on a permit application to authorize the land application of biosolids to 204 fields in Appomattox County totaling 4444 acres of farmland. Ten fields are owned by Daniel Cash, eight fields are owned by Henry & Rosie Cash, six fields are owned by Warren & Ruth Coleman, four fields are owned by Diana Foster, twelve fields are owned by Roger Franklin, four fields are owned by Ken Gilbert, three fields are owned by Duane Gilliam, fifteen fields are owned by Glover & Frances Gilliam, nine fields are owned by Luther Glenn, seven fields are owned by Kenneth Goin, two fields are owned by John & Susan Harris, six fields are owned by Hix Brothers Dairy, thirty-two fields are owned by John & William Hix, two fields are owned by Bryant Hix, eight fields are owned by James & Sharon Hix, one field is owned by Leonard Hodge, four fields are owned by Richard & Charles Lewis, eight fields are owned by Richard Lewis, five fields are owned by Richard & Robert Lewis, eight fields are owned by Richard Lund, seven fields are owned by Robert & Chrissy Martin, seven fields are owned by Thomas & J.P O’Brien, four fields are owned by Thomas O’Brien, seven fields are owned by Sherri Pugh, seven fields are owned by Nathan & Cynthia Smith, four fields are owned by David Stratton, three fields are owned by Winston & Glenice Walton, one field is owned by John & Jacqueline White, five fields are owned by Matthew & Tiffany Wilkerson, and five fields are owned by Matthew, Tiffany, Charles, & Susan Wilkerson.
