| Purpose of the meeting An assessment conference (§4VAC25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the Company’s office in Norton Virginia at 10:30 AM on May 22, 2013 to review the civil penalty determination of Notice of Violation ADC0000611. The mine site is located 7.0 miles S of Flat Gap in Wise County. The company office is located at 4801 Dorchester Road in Norton Virginia, in Wise County.Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. The Informal Hearing Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the civil penalty assessment . Special accommodations for the disabled will be made available at the public meeting or hearing on request.
