Purpose of the meeting
An informal hearing (ยง4vac25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at the Company office at 5957 Windswept Drive, Wise, VA off rte 646. at 10:00 am on March 25, 2013. The hearing is to review the issuance of notice of violation JRJ0000436 (1 violation) The mine site is located 2.4 miles w of Keokee on little Bundy creek. Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. The informal hearing officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice.
