Purpose of the meeting
An assessment conference (§4VAC25-130-843.15 VCSMRR) will be conducted at At the Company’s laboratory office on PN 1100084 in Norton Virginia at 11:00 AM on February 13 2013 to review the civil penalty determination of Notice of Violation ADC0000438. The laboratory is located 9 MILES N OF NORTON ON GUEST RIVER off route 620 in Wise County. The mine site is located 6.5 MILES SW OF POUND NORTH OF FOX GAP ON SOUTH FK in Wise County. Please be advised that the informal hearing will be open to the public. The Informal Hearing Officer may accept oral or written argument and any other information relevant to the issuance of the notice. Special accommodations for the disabled will be made available at the public meeting or hearing on request. Anyone needing special accommodations should contact the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy at least seven days prior to the meeting or hearing date.
