| Purpose of the meeting ***The Board continued all items for the January 2013 hearing to February 19, 2013 due to a lack of a quorum.*** In addition to regular board business, the board will hear petitions for disbursement of funds and well location exceptions. The Board will receive public comments. Special accommodations for the disabled will be made available at the hearing on request.
