| Purpose of the meeting A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Virginia Housing Development Authority will be held at 11:00 a.m. on June 3, 2009 in Conference Rooms 1 and 2, First Floor, of its offices located at 601 South Belvidere Street, Richmond, Virginia. The Board of Commissioners will review and, if appropriate, approve the minutes from prior meetings; will consider for approval proposed amendments to the Authority’s Rules and Regulations for Allocation of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits; will consider for approval proposed amendments to the Authority’s Rules and Regulations for Single Family Mortgage Loans to Persons and Families of Low and Moderate Income; will review the Authority’s operations for the prior months; and will consider such other matters and take such other actions as they may deem appropriate. The following meetings of the committees of the Board of Commissioners will be held at such address: Operations Committee- June 2, 2009, 12:00 p.m., Dining Room, Fourth Floor; Committee of the Whole- June 2, 2009, 2:00 p.m., Conference Rooms 1 and 2, First Floor; Executive Committee- June 2, 2009, 6:00 p.m., Café Annex, Ground Floor; Programs Committee- June 3, 2009, 9:00 a.m., Conference Rooms 1 and 2, First Floor; and Audit Committee- June 3, 2009, 9:30 a.m., Room 472, Fourth Floor. The Committees and the Board may also meet during meals after the meetings on June 2 and 3, 2009. Public comment is to be received at the beginning of the meeting of the Board of Commissioners scheduled to commence on June 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. | |
