| Purpose of the meeting The President may call additional meetings and special meetings of the full Board of Education and its committees, as deemed necessary. Unless otherwise announced by the President, all Board of Education meetings will begin at 9 a.m. in the Jefferson Conference Room on the 22nd floor of the James Monroe Building, 101 North 14th Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. All meetings are open to the public. Public comment will be received at meetings, unless the meeting is announced as a work session.
