Title Procedures for Performing Background Investigations for CRF

Summary Effective July 1, 1994, as required by Sec.63.2-1726, background investigations are required on employees as well as certain volunteers and contractual service prooviders of children's residential facilities regulated or operated by the Departments of Social Services; Education; Military Affairs; and Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services.
