Summary	To specify requirements for permit approval for distillate (including diesel) oil-fired boilers having a heat input capacity from 10 through 100 x 10+6 Btu/hr and gas-fired boilers having a heat input capacity from 50 through 100 x 10+6 Btu/hr. This boilerplate may not apply to boilers subject to Prevention of Significant Deterioration or Nonattainment permit review.
