Stage:
On 4/4/2017 the board requested that this
emergency stage be extended until 1/16/2018.
Reason for Extension:
The Emergency Regulations are currently scheduled to expire on July 17, 2017. On March 16, 2017, the Board of Health approved a Fast Track action to make the emergency regulations permanent. That Fast Track action will be submitted to begin the Executive Branch review process within the next few days. Approval of a six month extension will provide sufficient time for the fast track action to complete the Executive Branch review process, so that the permanent regulations can take effect.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 4/26/2017.
