Prohibiting VA residents from being able to defend themselves while out on their own in a state forest is an outrage!  Criminals or those who wish to do harm to others certainly will NOT obey laws that restrict carrying firearms.  This prohibition puts people at grave risk, especially when their is no one around to assist potential victims in the event that someone attempts to harm them.  Do the responsible thing and ALLOW CONCEALED CARRYING OF FIREARMS IN STATE FORESTS!
