That is what this is: a giant victim disarmament zone, where robbers, rapists, and murderers can find easy targets who are unable to defend themselves, unable to scream for help, and in many cases hours away from police intervention, if it is even available at all.

I simply do not understand why disarming lawful citizens in this case is a good idea.
