Let's face it - there is a huge shortage of LVTs.  Let's have them concentrate on what they do best - help us run our practices to the best capacity possible.  Drawing blood and placing IVC should be on a similar plane, and should be permissible by nonlicensed assistants at this time, until we can obtain a 1:1 ratio of LVTs to doctors.
