This is a basic American right.  We must allow the carry of handguns. Any other decision is un-American and unconstitutional.

Additionally, the freedom to carry and practice with a handgun in a natural environment is becoming very rare for all but the wealthy land owners of our state.  The average citizen needs a place to do these things in a safe manner.
